Positive: Noor was a superstar and very helpful. Walked me to his recommended restaurant, upgraded room, and went above and beyond to be helpful. Wonderful stay in an absolutely fantastic location. Highly recommended for a Jerusalem Holy Land stay.

Negative: Bells ringing all night, but it is the Holy Land and unavoidable and nothing to do with the property.

Summary: Fantastic location. Fantastic host. Will be back again.

Positive: Great location , nice view from our room, very helpful and friendly staff.

Negative: Not clean, towels dirty, blankets not clean, no shower curtain ,entire floor gets wet,no hook for shower head. For $150/night I expect a lot more. I stayed in other hotels two weeks ago inside the city for same price that were very clean and also good breakfast.

Summary: Would not stay here again.

Positive: The location is perfect to explore the Old City and there is a wonderful rooftop terrace to sit at plus ample seating to dine outside. I was very pleased that the property also had a fridge, kettle and microwave which meant i could store food and have early morning drinks! The staff are super friendly and helpful and they are attentive to individual needs. There are also 2 living rooms so there is lots of space to sit, work, eat from. Overall i really enjoyed my stay and when i am back i'd love to stay there again!

Negative: The sheet on the bed didnt fit - was too small but a minor detail
