Positive: The rooms were updated and still showed the history. They were beautiful. The shower had great pressure and was hot. The location was excellent. The owner met us at Jaffa gate and walked us there, showed us how everything worked, and gave us a superb restaurant recommendation. It was a Great experience.

Positive: Quaint, attractive domicile in a quiet alleyway. Beautiful room, big bed.

Negative: The WiFi was slow and at times unreliable. The TV screen was small. There was a kettle, an Nespresso machine, a small and empty fridge, but nothing else, not even plates for food taken in. The bathroom lacked a heater (it was a cold day).

Positive: Location was excellent. Dimitri could not be any more helpful, he is a real asset to the hotel.

Negative: If I am being fussy, the bed was a little hard and the bathroom was a bit small.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our trip.

Positive: The room is beautiful. The room has a comfortable bed, the ambiance of the room and lighting make for a very comfortable experience. There is a coffee and tea station and the bathroom has a proper shower with good pressure. I would have staid here longer had I known about it prior to my booking. There is no elevator, however, the host is amazing and ensured he was there to carry my suitcase- Even though I had intended to carry it my self. He was very kind, accommodating and checked on me to ensure my needs were met. Location allows you to be within 10 minutes walk to almost every ancient holy site within the walls of the old city. This was quite nice. I highly recommend this place. For what I’ve experienced in this area, the price is very competitive for what is provided. I would choose this place if/when I return to the old city.

Positive: Great location, in the heart of the Christian Quarter of the Old City, the Inn is a little gem of its type. Only 5 minutes walk from the Holy Sepulcher, Jaffa Gate and the New Gate, just a few steps from a coffee shop or other restaurants, the place is ideal to explore any point within the city. I particularly liked the good energy of the place as well as the warm welcoming of Dimitri!

Positive: First and foremost it is the people that make the travel experience, and Dmitri did not disappoint. We became close friends in the short time I spent in the Old City. In close proximity to the many archeological places I only dreamed of visiting, Petrakis Inn enabled me to live a dream come true. Thank you Petrakis Inn, thank you Dmitri, and the all the good people of Jerusalem for a wonderful worldly and historic experience.
