Summary: Overall, a generally positive stay. Staff are all exceptionally helpful and willing to accommodate. The rooms themselves are of a good quality but some of the furnishings may require updating as they appear slightly dated. Restaurant facilities were very good with a good buffet breakfast and a lovely setting overlooking the beach. WiFi access was quite slow but wasnt a huge issue

Summary: The Hotel is very nice and rooms ok,nice swimming pool and beautifull beach.Staff very friendly but not trained and no supervision,so nothing is done automaticly one day yes one day no.No ambiance or entertainement in the hotel you have to eat outside even if it is cold or very windy

Summary: After a long two week trip in Myanmar, this place was an interesting location in beautiful Ngapali Beach area. The grounds are impeccable and very clean, but sadly the wait staff is terrible. With a considerable amount of people there by the pool and pool bar, nobody every bothered to take our order. The same when we returned later for diner. While the place is super clean and very peaceful, it seems like the staff is not informed that they should be selling items at the tables by the bar/pool/beach. Other than this, the stay here was great and the hotels beach was super clean and peaceful.

Summary: One of the higher priced lodges at Ngapali beach. Nice rooms although the living room in the 1st floor is a little bit odd. Not really useful as it must to be entered through outside stairway.Bathroom and main sleeping room are great.Breakfast and service quality is ok but below the level one would expect for this price rate.We had no warm water for the first night. Was fixed after we complained 2 times.

Summary: Our villa was lovely, lovelier from the outside though -the interiors seemed to have been thoughtlessly planned. The entrance area was very dark and the ceiling lamps were too low lit to be of any use even in the day. So we had to use flash lights to lock and unlock our safe etc. Bathroom was roomy and wonderful, there was also an outdoor shower (that clogged up so it turned out to be unusable) and an an upstairs seating area set up with a sofa and some wine glasses - also no idea why a villa would have this space without a fan or air con and offering barely any view...The service here seemed very discriminatory though - despite having my reservations they did not believe that we were fully paid up on hotel.com. Also worse still, we noticed at breakfast it was only me and my niece who were repeatedly asked by the service staff which room we were from - none of the other tourists who sat down for breakfast were asked that - we found it very discriminating to say the least, and if anything this would deter me from recommending this hotel to other people from this region.

Summary: The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The food at hotel was good and clean. The beach was beautiful!! The sea had some big waves but still swimmable. The room was tidy and spacious. Overall I had an amazing time.
