Positive: Excellent location and views beyond our expectations. Huge villa with all amenities. Food could be ordered from nearby restaurants. Host was very concerned and constantly in touch with our needs. Would definitely visit again. Great ambience. Calm. And serene. A home stay with all Ott connections so we got our entertainment too

Negative: Initial hiccups were there but caretaker was quick to help and take care.

Positive: My friends and I decided for a day trip, and we chose to reserve this lovely house via booking.com. The host's welcome was incredibly warm, and really kind and helpful people. The property itself was magnificent, offering fantastic views and top-notch amenities. The ambiance of the place was truly remarkable. Our time spent there was absolutely incredible. A big thank you to Jacobs Heaven for creating such a memorable experience for us. I highly recommend it to others.

Positive: The location was our most favourite part of the stay. We can see the pine forest from right outside the front door. It's also very calm and silent. There's ample space for even a large group. Three very spacious bathrooms and two large bedrooms. The sofas in the living area were also very aesthetic and comfortable. The host was very pleasant, helpful and responsible. Breakfast arrived on time.

Negative: The initial communication gap was worrisome. Booking.com always provides a speedy confirmation from the host right after booking, replies to queries via messages in the app (regarding check-in and check-out times and other doubts etc), which was lacking this time. But all communication post the check-in was very reliable, pleasant and quick.

Summary: Will definitely recommend due to the location, value for money and ample facilities.
