Positive: Clean room, working air conditioning in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Clean bathroom, nice towels.

Negative: Kitchen could do with some wine glasses. All communication was sent in Italian. When requesting info about the details for the private parking, they said it would be explained in the automatic e-mail from the self-check-in, which only arrived around midday, the day of arrival. Again, all in Italian. The text was too large to copy paste into Google translate, so I spent half an hour on my phone trying to figure everything out. To the owner: please consider translating your info to English, using Google translate for all I care, and updating the info on the parking. (Turned out the info in the messages was old info and things had changed.)
