Smart TV with Netflix, and 100+ MBPS Ultra Fast WIFI.
In our current times you will find reassuring we go to great lengths to make sure the place is cleaned properly and that on very frequent occasions between guests we perform a Ozone treatment on the place for that extra step to be safe and clean. Ozone is amazing, with the SARS virus scientist discovered that Ozone treatments kill 99.8% of Virus's. Also the entrance to the place is from outside NO inside hallways to walk down. With SELF check-in!

Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting.
#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our Condo or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, This is a Condo so at times there will be neighbor noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 18 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

Summary: A My friend and I had a girls trip to see a concert at the Interlochen music venue. They were very close, which was great!The only thing was that needs to be addressed is that the air conditioner dripped, which is nothing against the place, just more something the owners need to know about. It cooled the place just fine, just dripped water and went down the wall. We kept it mopped up with the towels, but maybe have it looked at.The place was VERY clean, which is the most important thing to us!! Well appointed with everything you would need and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!!

Summary: Staying at one of Jeff's properties is always a good experience. We have stayed with him on many occasions and at many of his rentals. Jeff provides nothing less than the best experience possible, it's wonderful to be away and yet feel as if all your needs are being looked after. Summary: We came up to see a concert at Interlochen and then take my friend's kid home. The communication with the host was excellent and the place was exactly as advertised. It definitely got a little chilly outside but we were warm and cozy and comfortable in the rental unit. I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Interlochen.

Summary: Great place to stay if you’re visiting Traverse City. The price of the condo is a better deal than staying in town. The condo is very clean and the beds are very comfy. Pulling into the driveway is a bit challenging in the dark. I would recommend some reflectors to help people see where the driveway is.
