Positive: Owner after a rocky start on my behalf, due to no internet etc on mobile, was super welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend Jacks condos. Perfect just a walk away from the action and very quiet.

Positive: The room was great and the Wi-Fi incredible. I liked the idea of a bug zapper in the wall and the personal (hand carry) bug zapper. Air-con and the fan kept the room more than cold, only needed a fan on at night.

Negative: The room had no blanket initially. Even with the air-con turned off the single sheet on the bed did not keep you warm. This was corrected by the owner with a blanket delivered as soon as they heard. Although not a room or host issue, the facility only allowed for two guest to use the pool. As such, my family was unable to come and swim.

Summary: Overall, excellent and any issues are delt with promptly, highly recommended.

Positive: Nice big room with a massive TV and excellent kitchen facilities. Guards were very accommodating.

Negative: The shower didn't supply constant hot water. The toaster in the kitchen only had an Australian plug

Positive: Very wonderful location. Central to anything you'd want/look for.

Negative: Bed could use a 2" foam topper. Although a big bed, it was rather firm/hard.

Summary: Me and my wife had a wonderful time. looking forward to our next stay.

Positive: Place is very nice furniture inside room. Roomy 1 bedroom apartment.

Negative: Place could use some bug spraying. There was no soap or shampoo in the room which should be included for guess. Strict rules regarding sheets and towels. Host should use darker material if they are worried on guest messing up.
