Positive: Beautiful old cottage with modern facilities. Double garage at rear which was ideal for our golf cart and trailer. Bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable. Quiet area of Colac but not far to eateries.

Negative: very small parts of floor need restumping, not a big issue.
