Positive: Very clean hotel, my room was big and very confortable. The staff was lovely and available, Neeraj helped me a lot during my stay in Delhi, I felt safe in the city and during my visits thanks to him!

Negative: My room was in front of the station, so it was noisy. Take earplugs to sleep well!

Positive: Clean and smart. Quiet, as set back from street noise. Excellent shower!!!! Only 15 minutes walk from Nizamuddin station.

Negative: The a/c for the room above dripped all night onto my a/c machine, which echoed loudly around my room.

Positive: Beautiful rooms, super clean. Staff were very kind and attentive. You can also order food to your room which was very helpful as I didn't have to leave the hotel (also it was delicious)

Positive: The room was quite nice and its decor and facilities mostly adequate.

Negative: The room was reasonably clean but could have been better. When I booked I expressively asked for a room with a window but when I arrived I was given one without a window and had to really complain to get one with the characteristics I had asked for. There is no dining room. Food, inclusive breakfast, is taken to you room and needs to be ordered. I ordered toast with butter and jam and a coffee. at 8.30 in the morning and it took 55 minutes to arrive, the toast was pretty cold and there was no coffee. The position of the hotel is such that it is difficult to find and taxis/uber drivers are unlikely to pick you up/drop off at the door. The alleys leading to the front and back do not feel comfortable to walk in, at least at night/ as a solo traveller. The staff was very helpful in mediating with the drivers/ talking to them/ accompany me to the car, but the experience was rather stressful. Given the above, I believe that the hotel is comparatively expensive.
