Positive: We stayed in the birdhouse lodge, and it was perfect. A big window facing the valley side gave us an amazing view. There was a private sauna in the lodge was also a good touch. Room was perfectly clean and bed was big and comfortable. There was a small kitchen but we didn’t use it. In general you can find all you need. The whole environment was great too. Main facility provides a lot activities and info or advice about how to enjoy the stay. The host Lids was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything during our stay 😊

Negative: In general, nothing we didn’t like. Maybe I should say that we should have been staying longer🤣

Positive: - the location is amazing, at the top of the hill surrounded by snowy trees and a frozen lanscape - the Luxury Birdhouse is so beautiful and spacious, and the private hot tub is a very nice touch in freezing temperatures - the staff were very friendly and accomodating, I appreciated their flexibility since I had some dietary requests and they fulfilled all of them - the food is delicious, the Giant Soup is probably the best soup we've eaten and the veggie meal I ate for New Year's was fantastic - snowshoes and sleighs are free of charge and there are very beautiful trails around - although it's situated in an isolated area, you can find two well stocked supermarkets, a pharmacy and other basic facilities at about 20 min drive

Negative: - we could not find a single thing we didn't like, thank you!
