Positive: Breathtaking view, warm, clear water, good restaurants and shops nearby, comfortable bed, very very helpful and attentive, friendly staff. They don't speak English, but open to try everything to understand each other so it's okay.

Negative: It's under construction so not evertyhing works properly yet (for example: there wasn't always water in the bathroom, but after a bit it came back, there was a certain smell from the toilet in the morning etc.), but it's manageable.. The parking area is a bit small for the hotel. But the view and the staff worth everything.

Positive: The hotel is on the first line. My balcony overviewed the beach. Really tasty home-made brekfast. Friendly staff

Negative: Staff was not always available. Doors in the room were a bit outdated. Hot water was not always really hot. Breakfast was only from 9:30 - I considered it was a bit late

Positive: one of the best places in Kobuleti. Great view from the hotel. First coastline. well appointed rooms. The hotel has a great swimming pool. There is also a small parking lot. There are many beautiful plants on the territory. very friendly staff. many cafes and shops nearby
