Positive: Incredible Hospitality: The owner is one of the kindest people we’ve met. Upon arrival, he welcomed us with a bottle of local wine and a beautiful, traditional Georgian clay pot as a gift. It was such a thoughtful and authentic gesture! Spacious & Affordable: We stayed in a wonderful apartment that was surprisingly large. For the price we paid, the value is unbeatable—extremely clean and comfortable. Home-Cooked Meals: There is a well-equipped shared kitchen available for all visitors. It was perfect for mornings when we wanted to whip up breakfast before heading to the beach. Car Rental On-Site: We also rented a car directly through the hotel. The process was seamless, the car was in great condition, and it made exploring the Adjara region so much easier.

Summary: Fantastic location, great prices, and world-class hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

Positive: Artur is a fantastic and welcoming host. The location in Kobuleti is quiet and relaxing — much better than busy Batumi. Public transport is easy and cheap: a marshrutka to Kobuleti center and the market costs just 0.70 GEL, and to Batumi it’s only 3 GEL. The Botanical Garden (Dendrari) and the Park of Musicians are even closer. The internet is very fast, the kitchen is excellent, and the hospitality is top-notch. Be sure to ask Arthur about fresh fish and his homemade wine. If we return to Georgia’s coast, this will be our only choice. Highly recommended!

Negative: We should have stayed here a bit longer, but unfortunately had to leave after only 6 days :-(
