Summary: This hotel was probably great 20 or 30 years ago. Now it’s old and outdated. We stood behind another gust for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The bell noys and porters were very nice and helpful. The Indian restaurant a wonderful experience and the pool is nice, but closes at 8, so we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Perhaps, this is the best hotel in Agra but needs an update, urgently!
