Summary: A very nice property on the Jordan River. Inside the house was very nice. We greatly enjoyed the pier and caught a lot of fish. The only real downside was the outside grill was completely covered in rust and full of water. Also two wicker chairs downstairs need to be replaced. Overall, a nice place in a good location. I could recommend and we would stay there again.

Summary: 2nd time staying at this property and it is always very clean and perfect for our group of 8. We use it for our f stays football draft and the bar area downstairs is great! Recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a getaway with the guys!

Summary: Cleanliness-cluttered, unorganized, outside kitchen dirty, inside trash can dirty, closets inside full of items, toilet was stopped up. Accuracy of online listing - listing mentioned golf cart but there was not one, listed refrigerator at bar but there was not one, just a large one that did not work. Overall we had a good time but our last night we saw quite a few roaches and noticed an odd smell when fans were off. Host was very nice and helpful I just hated to keep bothering him with issues.

Summary: We had so much fun staying on the Jordan River! The house had plenty of room for the family and kids. Well equipped for cooking and cleaning. I appreciated the extra linens and pillows. We would love to use this home again if ever in the area!
