Negative: They dont have minibar in the room,it is unacceptable for a 5* hotel,personnel speak very bad english.

Positive: The only thing that wasn't good was that they didn't accept payments in euros, only in liras, so I spent more time looking for a taxi and currency exchange rates.

Negative: The staff was perfect, especially in the spa area, I hope next time the payments won't be a problem.

Positive: Location, 10 mins taxi from airport

Negative: Crapped beds (small with multiple layers to make it even narrower, one mattress has something sticking up so we spent 30 mins to redo the mattress ourselves, as it was mid night and we were tired so not bothered to call reception again to have somebody coming to sort this out) No controller in room of the heater or air con, when we checked in the room was 30 Deg based on the thermostor on the wall which was like sauna, there was a button to control the temperature but it did not work, we called four times the reception and they said only their central system can control the room temperature which is pretty strange (your room will be like whatever temperature they put in the system which for me was 29-30 Deg), after complaining four times and few hours after mid night, the room temperature dropped bit we did not sleep at all until the next day - worst experience of sleeping I ever had even compared to more economical hotels before
