Positive: Central location, clean, elegant and modern, daily housekeeping . Top amenities. We'll thought out design.

Negative: There was noise from the restaurant kitchen below that is something the owner cannot control as there is a very popular restaurant below the room I stayed in. Otherwise daytime and morning very quiet.

Positive: The guesthouse is very well furnished. Alessandro has thought about every details. The rooms are very clean and the self breakfast corner is a lovely touch. Alessandro is very responsive and helpful.

Negative: The parking is a little further away to the property and there is not beach nearby. Both were clearly stated in the description of the property si we knew these at the time of booking.

Positive: Fantastic location in Porto Ercole close to the sea and some great restaurants...plus only a short ride away from several beaches! The room and guesthouse were well kept and coordination with Alessandro was incredibly easy.

Positive: Very nice and modern apartment, which is comfortable (bed, airco) and has a well equipped kitchen. Also a terrace both at the front and the back of the house. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Located at a quiet place in the village at walking distance to the port with various restaurants, bars and shops. Several beaches nearby (within 10 minutes drive)
