On the second floor with lift of the new residential complex Le Isole in Baveno is situated the luxurious apartment Isole, completely new also in terms of furnishings. The entrance leads to the modernly furnished living room with lake view furnished with sofa, satellite TV, modern open kitchen with all appliances. In front of the living room there is a beautiful covered terrace equipped with table and chairs with a beautiful view of the Borromean islands. There are two bedrooms, both doubles, one has a lake view and a small covered terrace. The apartment has two bathrooms, both with showers and one also equipped with a washing machine. Going up to the roof terrace by lift, there is a beautiful swimming pool (seasonal opening) with a wonderful view of the gulf and the islands. On the ground floor is the reserved covered parking space inside the condominium garage. In front of the entrance of the residence, in a few steps you reach a small beach from where you can access the lake and approach it with a small boat.
