Positive: Gorgeous views and sunrises from the balcony. Excellent location. 2 minutes from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Apartment was very clean.

Negative: Appartment walls are very thin, can hear neighbours very clearly. Buses although regular are infrequent and make it difficult to get in and out of Valencia city centre. Metro station is too far to walk and taxi is €30+ for a family of 5.

Positive: This was a perfect place for self-catering and feeling like a local. It was wonderful to see the sea directly from the balcony. The promenade was perfect for morning walks where the locals walked their dogs (and one cat). The apartment was clean, warm, had great supply of cooking equipment. It was an easy drive into central Valencia to see the attractions, but great to return to this quiet little haven.

Negative: The kitchenette needed an extra power point.

Positive: The location is good, it's near the beach. The apartment was clean.

Negative: Lack of complimentary supplies. We stayed for 4 nights but there were not enough supplies for 5 guests.

Positive: We loved the area, it had many bars/ restaurants nearby and the beach right opposite, alongside a pool to the left of the entrance, there was also a bus nearby to take you into Valencia (it is a 50 minute bus journey or 20 minutes by car) and a supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. Victor was super friendly, helpful and accommodating :). Our favourite part of the apartment was the balcony as it had a beautiful view overlooking the beach!
