The six spacious bedrooms come with sheets and bedding.
The 4.5 bathrooms have everything you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Summary: Overall the villa was excellent. My one complaint would be that the kitchen cupboards and drawers are all very badly organised. Crockery, cutlery and saucepans all mixed together in various places and very little room in them to actually put any food away. Meaning it always looked untidy. Also, the ice maker on the fridge leaked constantly, meaning a cloth had to be kept under it. However, apart from that we were very pleased.

Summary: We were very happy to stay at the chalet in Valencia (Puig) managed by GuestReady. The house is huge, very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The pool is incredible, perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the house is really close to the beach, with all its attractions, bars, and restaurants.

Summary: Great house, very clean, large and great air conditioning. Location very good for beach. Main downside and why we didn't rate it higher is the garden/pool area. There is little garden (not an issue) but area around the pool is limited. This area gets 6 hours of intense sun with no shade. Only 3 sun loungers (for a house of possibly 12 guests), no place to sit and eat/socialise outside (a table is outside but only 2 chairs). There are awnings for shade but the controllers are not provided (we asked for them and were eventually given them but we couldn't get them to work). No other ways to shade the pool terrace so you go in the pool, get out and need to go inside to shelter from the very hot sun (sun too hot/UV too strong). This is major downside of this property and if addressed would significantly enhance it. We paid a premium for this property and would have expected some of the smaller issues including: No iron as detailed (agent tried over 2 days to sort but it would have meant us being in to receive parcel - something you go on holiday to get away from). Mouldy, decaying bath mat. 3pm checkin not possible as still cleaning 345pm. One small rubbish bag, no soap for bathrooms, aircon leaks onto terrace, no towel for drying kitchen items, longstanding broken toilet seat. Pool was dangerous with multiple broken/missing tiles) and big drop off one side - children! Overall a great stay but pool issues and small things could be easily sorted to make better.
