Summary: A few things needed repair in the room. Felt like the room hadn’t been used in a while. Basically it was clean, had two TV’s and a view of the ocean.

Summary: The room (138) and bathroom were clean. Plenty of space. We also had two TV's in the room but could not use the apps on the TV's. No complain other than 1) the beds are VERY soft. I had to sleep on the couch/sofa bed (without opening it) all the nights we were staying there. 2) Our room smelled like cigarette. There was a humidifier in the room which did not help with the smell.

Summary: After some confusion with check in, finally got our room, rooms very nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool and beach right behind hotel. Nice sitting area before going down to beach. Would definitely stay again

Summary: This is our family’s 2nd time staying here for our family vacation. I have a couple medical issues and the hotel was great accommodating me. We’re always pleased when we stay. Plus it’s so close to other places to eat, shop, etc.

Summary: I would rate this hotel as average to good. The hotel info sheet noted a limited staff, so room service did not occur until after 3 nights stay. (3 stars) On Wednesday pm 9/3, we went to the pool, however, the water was rather cloudy looking and not at all clear. I declined to get in. (below average) As other reviews have pointed out, the bathroom was small, however, it still serves it's purpose. (Okay with that). On the plus side, the location was great (ocean front/easy access). The room was clean and the bed comfy (good) and the front desk staff were very friendly (excellent). We would stay again and hope for a cleaner pool.

Summary: The manager, Kat was extremely friendly and helpful. She knew we wanted a quiet room and needed the elevator instead of the steps, she said she would let us know when it was ready. I used the lobby restroom and until I came out she told me it was ready even before check in time. She had reached out to the housekeeper to see if it was done before the housekeeper even reported back with the finished rooms. Everyone at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
