Positive: Location

Negative: The villa did not have wash rags nor enough towels. Not even rugs on the cold tile floor and not even a bath rug to put in front of the shower. The floor was dirty and roach crawling around. I’m sure there probably was better rooms but the one we had wasn’t nice.

Summary: Not enjoyed.

Negative: Towels were not ready in the room. Long time to wait for beach towels and shower towels. Pool was freezing, not able to enjoy with family.

Positive: The staff was great , the bar section was good, pricey on the drinks, karaoke was good , it has a kiddos pool for my 2yr old

Negative: , one of the shower didn't work well , the tvs didn't work at all , no service, the internet worked sometimes wen it wants too. The beach they make it seem seem big but its just one small section with alot rocks in the sand , we stayed on the third floor nothing but stairs,
