Positive: I really enjoyed the ease of renting, the communication of the property manager, central location on the island, the cleaning supplies. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality dishes, cookware and glassware. The coffee set up was fantastic! The furniture in the dining room and the patio were wonderful. The potted flowers on the porch and the deck were beautiful and very welcoming! We used the deck so much! It was so peaceful, quiet, and well appointed. Great Umbrella!

Negative: The things that could use improvements are the cleaning of the A/C units. There was a thick layer of dust on the screens that was easily rinsed away. There is also mold in the units that affected the allergies of one person in our party. The TV in the living room is too outdated for a rental. We had to turn our usual family movie nights into game nights. The bedroom TVs were much better, but we came on vacations to be together. Fill the Body Wash especially when you rent a house to 7 people. It's disappointing when you have to run out for something so trivial.

Positive: It was a nice half hour walk to town. The eating nook was comfortable, as were the couches in the living room.

Negative: The mattresses were TERRIBLE. I still have a backache. Also, some of the most basic cooking supplies, like oil and sugar, were missing. We asked to check out a bit late, and they wanted to charge us $118.

Summary: It was okay, but I think the expense was way too high for what we got.

Negative: Toilet paper was little, ran out last day. Front room with one bed has random bugs, maybe exterminate more often.

Positive: Perfect location. Easy parking, check in/out. They offered late check out with an additional fee. Excellent price; so overall happy with the stay.

Negative: I had to download Vacasa app just to sign an agreement. Multiple reminder messages with the same content. Coffee available but no tea bags.

Positive: Quiet neighborhood close to towns and ferries. House was comfortable and clean. Nice private deck with good furniture. Perfect for dining and stargazing Kitchen is small, but well appointed. ( Add a big salad bowl,please) Good written instructions& tips. Good communication with hosts

Negative: Each bedroom had a small flat screen TV, but we prefer to watch TV together. Unfortunately the living room has an older TV. This limited our access to streaming platforms There is one shower in the house and one outdoors There is no recycling bin

Negative: One of the lamps in one of the bedrooms didn't work. There should be a sitting chair in each bedroom. All appliances and toilets should be checked before guest arrive. We had a little problem with the upstairs toilet, however the caretaker can and fixed the problem

Negative: lot of bugs in the house I was the designated bug killer. there needs to be more supplies ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. salt and pepper is staple in every kitchen. musty mildew smell.
