Summary: The only staff member that was friendly and welcoming was Crystal, the evening bar tender. I was by the pool and there were 3 guys in our room repairing something along with a cleaning lady for almost an hour. When they left, I could not figure out what they did because it was not evident at all and the room wasn't cleaned by the maid who was in the room. I straightened it up. Hours later, about 4:30 as we were resting for dinner, a maid shows up to clean the room. I told her not to bother as it was too late now. She gave me the dirtiest look. If you kindly ask to sit in the shade for a meal instead of the sun where they want to put you, they roll their eyes at you and their body language shows they don't appreciate having to move a place setting from one table to another. I had to wait for the desk lady to check out as she was eating in an air-conditioned room in the back. It was evident she was mad at being interrupted to check us out. I guess they didn't have anyone else who could do it. Wow!??

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a large, clean, comfortable room. We also loved the variety of food available at the buffet dinner and breakfast. The staff was very courteous and attentive to our needs.
