Summary: All restaurants in the hotel are open without air-conditioning and it was very hot . No verity of food at all. Mostly only spicy chicken. Stuff was very friendly and it was nice

Summary: Sugar Bay is beautiful. It's quiet and smaller than super-resorts. The food was good - Sizzler steakhouse was outstanding. Getting to the hotel and accessing excursions was easy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The buffet selection, particularly at breakfast, was a bit underwhelming and could benefit from more variety. On the other hand, Umi and the Steakhouse were absolutely amazing, both offered a fine dining experience that truly impressed us. We also appreciated the freedom to explore the local restaurants on our own, and we celebrated our wedding anniversary at The Cliff Barbados on the 3rd, which made for a very special evening. Room was ok, with a garden view. That said, we want to sincerely thank the incredible staff. What an amazing set of individuals from the doormen to the service team, who made us feel not like guests, but like family. As a woman born into African culture, I deeply appreciated the humility and warmth of your team. Their spirit of “ubuntu”, the belief in a universal bond of sharing that connects all humanity, truly shone through in every interaction. Summary: I loved the staff. Unfortunately, the garden view room we were supposed to have was of the road. Also, there was too much sea week which killed the whole beach vibe and forced us to use the pool instead. There should be a warning that seaweed will be there!

Summary: The staff was friendly but their ability to provide a comfortable room temperature was impossible. For thee days of my holiday the ac in my room did not work and I was told again and again that it was working. The maintenance person came to my room, acknowledged it was hot then went to the front desk and told them it was working. A fan was sent up on the second night. This happened for 3 days!!!! Don’t gaslight me! What was suppose to be a relaxing holiday for my daughter turned out to be a disaster! The only thing that saved our experience was the beach

Constant construction going on in our area of the resort by staff so disrupted our quiet stay. Love the staff and food options. Comfort of room very disappointing.
