Positive: 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from the center of Toblach/Dobiacco. The apartment, including the toilet, is extremely spacious and the view from the balcony is amazing. I miss having breakfast in the balcony. Facilities were clean and good. WiFi was fast. The host, Marianna, was absolutely lovely. She offered us fresh milk from her farm in the morning and also provided a fan upon request. I also really enjoyed our short but insightful conversations with her. Just a small tip for future guests: remember to close the toilet windows, as insects might come in otherwise.

Summary: Excellent stay. Amazing views from the balcony.

Positive: The host is exceptionally friendly and wants to make sure everything is in check for your stay. We stayed while it was -15 C outside, yet the apartment was nice and warm. The apartment is spacious overall, the kitchen countertop a little on the smaller side but there are many utensils and crockery. The view is wonderful and it is very peaceful yet still close to Dobiacco. We will happily return here.

Negative: This is a farm so expect a slight smell outside the house but not bad at all.

Positive: Beautiful location and views from the balcony! Unreal to wake up to and watch in the evening. Access to the hotspots in the dolomites is ideal. Very clean and the kitchenette is super useful. Marianna even brought us fresh milk in the morning which was amazing.
