Positive: Overall, it was mostly very good (e.g. beds, bedding and towels). It was a clean, welcoming, cosy cottage in a good location.

Negative: The boiler was noisy at night and that the cutlery and cooking pans have seen better days!

Negative: Only one key for the front door. The standard double bed in the large bedroom is too small - it could easily fit a bigger bed. My photo is of a 6’2” slim person.

Summary: Nice little house for the Folk Festival but the beds are too small for tall people.

Negative: Rear patio could do with tidying up, perhaps a privacy screen, weeding and new furniture. Front of house could do with weeding.
