Positive: Nice location mins frm Mission Bay shops , Cafes & Restaurants, one of which the host family owns for breakfast as part of the booking ( but sadly we didnt get to enjoy as time restrictions didnt allow but will do next time for sure ) or 5-10mins drive for Kohimarama Bay Cafe & Bakery eateries too. The little B&B was totally self contained with own entrance to come & go as you wanted to & was very well prepared & presented with cute personal touches including fresh flowers picked frm the host couples garden.

Negative: That this time we couldn't enjoy the vouchers offered for breakfast as part of the booking that was included, at the host couples restaurant at Mission Bay.

Positive: Self contained but also super friendly. They have thought about EVERY single thing. I was there after a family bereavement and this was a lovely little break. All the details considered and breakfast included ( amazing food!) at the little cafe around the corner such a lovely touch. Truly one of the best places ever

Negative: We both found the towels small and not the best quality. No fresh milk for tea/coffee.
