Positive: We had an incredible welcome from Elen and Feri. They are always available for helping and giving some advices. We also had a good breakfast ! It’s a shared bathroom and we are really next to the harbor, so perfect for us. It’s quiet far from the center if you wanna walk but there is a lot of tuk-tuk. And near from the homestay, in front of the beach there are many local warungs.

Positive: The place is a real Homestay. You're definitely inside the house with the family! Ellen (hope I spelled it correctly) helped us on going around and having lunch out together. It was really cool 😎 The room is very basic and a bit tiny, but it's clean and comfy, and has even AC (not too powerful but it did it's job!)

Negative: For a non Muslim the mosque literally at the other side of the room might be annoying. But if you've been in Indonesia for a long time, like us, that's just normal.

Positive: Very good location if you plan to take the ferry from Gorontalo to Wakai - only 8 minutes walk. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly - they helped us with literally everything. They took us shopping, for lunch, bought tickets for the ferry and even walked us to the ferry to show us a specific place to sleep. The accommodation is simple but very clean. Unlimited coffee, tea, toast and bananas for breakfast are available. If you are sensitive to noise, it is worth taking earplugs with you.

Positive: You get a very warm welcome, there is everything you need and they can help you with everything else concerning your trip and also with the organisation. The location is close to the ferry for the togean islands and has nearby restaurants.

Positive: This is a classical homestay very close to the harbour for the ferry to the togian islands. The family here is very nice, helpful and friendly, I immediately felt at home from the first minute. Don't expect luxuries, the rooms and the bathroom are basic, but clean. I think this is a very good choice for budget conscious backpackers! when I'm back in gorontalo i will come again!

Negative: the second room maybe needs a new painting 😉
