Positive: It's a lovely quaint property and the hosts are welcoming and friendly and have done a lot to make the accommodation and surrounding environment look and feel nice. Despite bugs and dirt nearby, the place felt clean and cosy. The animals on property were also lovely and interacting with them was a bonus. The accommodation is very comfortable and facilities available like BBQ, wood fired oven are good. Hosts are just right next door but are unintrusive and friendly so it still feels private.

Negative: Some of the cooking equipment/items kept outside near the wood fired oven can be very dirty but we worked around it.

Exceeded all our expectations The hosts were there to help when needed and the extras such as bubbly, milk, homemade jam and lemon curd as well as eggs and pod coffee were just wonderful. A great country location in the bush and surrounded by the sound of birds in the morning. A very cosy and romantic getaway and only two hours drive from our place.

Negative: WE would have preferred the yurt to be more isolated from the main house and just because we are older, a firmer bed and firmer pillows. A great stay and certainly beyond our expectations.

Summary: A great experience and certainly I would choose this type of tiny house to live in!!! A great stay!!

Positive: Very comfortable set-up. Lots of little extras were supplied, including snacks, homemade jam, fresh eggs, milk and bottle of bubbles. A lovely rural setting but close to all the attractions of the Southern Highlands.

Positive: The location is stunning. Angela goes all out to ensure you have everything to be warm and comfortable. The snacks, eggs, milk and huge selection of coffee, tea and condiments is a huge plus. Even connectivity was surprisingly good. What an excellent spot to unwind and explore the beautiful Southern Highlands. The horses and dogs and stunning birds were an added perk.

Negative: Not in the control of the property owners but the sub zero temperatures were quite an adjustment for us. However the provided heater warmed up the yurt and hut before bedtime and upon waking so it was very manageable. Bedding was warm enough and lots of extra blankets in case you find you need more.

Summary: Peaceful and Comfortable farm stay.

Positive: Absolutely stunning spot. The yurt is perfect, such a unique stay! Andrew and Angela were so helpful and thought of everything you would need in the yurt. We loved Willow and Lucy the dogs and the horses too. 10/10 hospitality and beauty - Wingello is stunning!
