This spacious 3,200 square foot home features five acres of land, seven bedrooms, 3 full baths, 3 half baths, in ground saltwater swimming pool, a building with all wooden indoor gymnasium, and a wraparound deck. Located just outside of historic Fort Recovery, it is a perfect location for your next family reunion or friend get-away, bachelor/ bachelorette parties. Enjoy the pool and campfires in the summer and indoor gymnasium winter. Wonderful for large families and for kids!
The main floor features a large kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is plenty of dining seating including breakfast nook, and a formal dining room. The living room features a large stone fireplace, perfect for relaxing after an enjoyable day. The main floor also includes a bedroom, half and full bathroom.
The second floor features a large master suite with a bathroom and a large jetted tub. The large third bedroom, also located on the second floor, has three queen beds that can sleep six. The spacious fourth bedroom, on the second floor, has a king bed, baby crib, a half bathroom, and washer and dryer.
The basement includes a large living area, a ping pong table, three more bedrooms, a full bathroom and another washer and dryer. The three basement bedrooms have a king, queen/full trundle, and a queen bed.
The walkout basement leads to the heated in-ground saltwater pool. (3 ft to 10 ft deep) Pool is open from early May until late September
Finally, full access to the detached building that includes a full size all wooden volleyball court, basketball hoops on each end. Easy to move net to enjoy some pickleball or dodgeball aw well. A loft overlooking the court with a wet bar, a lounge area, pool table and half bath. Some gym ball provided. Note: Your safety matters. An exterior camera is pointed at the driveway and the pool. The camera does not look at any interior spaces.

Summary: 4 year of a family reunion here. We love it! A great place. Loved playing pickleball this year and using the hot tub. Basement can get cool at night in the winter. Extra blankets would be useful. Overall wonderful!

Summary: Our group enjoyed our stay at this property. With ample amount of beds, and plenty of room for our group to spread out, it fit our needs for the weekend well. We used the barn/gym frequently to play a variety of sports and games.

Summary: Our family tries to get together at least once each year, normally around the Christmas holiday. We (2 grandparents, 8 children and spouses, and 15 grandchildren ages 7 to 30) came to this Ft Recovery gem from Ohio, Illinois, New York, Los Angeles and Virginia. The main floor open kitchen, living room and eating spaces, game area in the lower floor, and fantastic adjacent building with full basketball/volleyball court and loft with wet bar allowed us to spread out and spend time in small groups (as we like to do) throughout our stay.In addition to lots of good food and games, we managed to work in a fine wine tasting by our son-in-law sommelier, line dancing in the gym led by a granddaughter, and a basketball challenge to game of PIG by the 78 year old grandfather to a 23 year old grandson; final result: GS PIGGY, GF PI.We already booked our next visit for December 2025.

Summary: This property was all we were hoping it would be. This Fall gave us dry, sunny weather all except the days we were here!! BUT that didn't matter because of the many activities offered here. We had an all family pickle ball tournament, a paper airplane contest, the boys played basketball. There was plenty of room for games, pool, puzzles and more. The kids used the pool (too cold for adults), but everyone used the hot tub! When it was nice out the kids hiked and played in the leaves. The space inside was perfect for our group. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!!

Summary: From the moment I found this place online through our stay all the way up into our departure. This property did not disappoint so much to do in so much room. The basketball court is an awesome addition and can also be used for dodgeball and volleyball. Lots of things to do for activities. We were overwhelmed by how much there was to do at the house and all of the amenities. Actually, can’t wait to come down here again looking to do a friends and family getaway there! A+ Rating!

Summary: Beautiful property! Lots of space. Home was welcoming and held a lot of people. Enough beds and common areas were wonderful! Gym was a nice bonus we didn't "need" but the kids enjoyed it. Hosts were responsive and helpful
