Positive: The apartment has 3 bedrooms.

Negative: The place is far from the attractions, there aren’t enough parkings , and the apartment has only one bathroom. You need to check which apartment you are taking because the one in the picture not what we stayed in which was very disappointing.

Positive: Close location to transit station Invalidovna so was no problem being outside of the main tourist area. Place was clean. Lots of towels, blankets, pillows, TP, well equipped kitchen. Radiator heaters worked in May. Nice balcony with chairs, table, clothes drying rack. Good natural light via bedrooms and frosted interior doors. Elevator next to stairs helped with luggage (but very small and may not be fully accessible due to heavy door to open manually). Host Jiri was quick to respond via messages and available via whatsapp. Instructions for keys provided in advance and easy to follow.

Negative: I think this may be more related to booking.com platform limitations (security and regional customization), than on the host. But worth noting in case useful to someone. Leading up to the check-in I thought it was a scam because of how I was contacted a couple days before for additional personal information to be sent outside of the booking platform, supposedly related to a couple Czech laws for visitors. There was urgency, and threat that my booking may be canceled in the message, even though the official correspondence through the platform said it was confirmed and paid with no further action required. Booking.com had warnings not to use links and Reddit is full of booking.com horror stories of scams that sounded just like this request. We almost booked another accommodation at high last minute price without refund available here because it felt like a scam and weren't certain the apartment was real. I marked down the host one point because the listing did not give warning to expect this request. Also the host said the urgent message was a scam and he reported it, which just made me question if any message from him was real. Note that the form he sent needs things like name, birthday, ID/passport number, citizenship, signature - for all people (at least if over 15 yrs old I think). Otherwise, refrigerator smells really bad. Shower head keeps drooping. Sound transmits easily through walls, but wasn't a problem. No Shampoo or conditioner (only body wash) provided. Leaving cash for city tax instead of paying through booking.com. Poor plant in kitchen was dead or at least leafless. Lack of closet space in bigger room with 2 beds.

Summary: Thought it was a phishing scam for a bit, but it worked out.

Positive: Apartment was very clean, which is always a main point for me. It is easy to get to city center via metro, which is 5 minutes walk from apartment. The neighborhood is very calm and good fit for a family stay. Free parking opportunity on the first come first serve basis. But we never struggled to find a space to park. Thank you for hosting us.

Negative: Only mattresses were not much comfy, but okeish.

Positive: We were impressed with the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor of the block. There is a public parking lot 30m away, which is free. This is a rarity in Prague. The advantage of the apartment is also that it is a 3-minute walk from the metro entrance station. It only takes 15 minutes to ride the metro and you are in the very center of the city. The apartment also has a small balcony where you can enjoy the evening outdoors. Very commendable! The owner is very responsive and the instructions are crystal clear. The shop and coffe shop is 2 min walk..

Positive: Great communication with host. Great tips and advice enabled us to start enjoying our stay from the minute we arrived. Area was quite at night with nice surrounding areas.
