Positive: Beautiful decor and excellent location. Area is interesting with a good choice of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Easy walk to Forsyth park and DOT bus service. We spent one night in ( been travelling for few weeks ) it was comfortable to chill and watch Netflix ! Agree with other reviews that you can hear other units, but difficult in this type of property. The only thing we missed was being able to sit outside. We had a problem with water but Charlie responded straight away and it was sorted. Would def recommend

Positive: Loved great places to eat nearby, neighborhood location but close enough to walk downtown, ability to park out front, cozy, clean, and well-furnished room, and informative welcome manual!

Negative: Only con was paper thin walls. Didn’t bother us!

Summary: Loved the library and the careful thought put into decorating it and providing everything needed.

Positive: Beautiful room with comfortable bed and nice furniture and interieur. Coffee machine worked perfectly and products like shampoo, conditioner were very good. There is a nice Mexican Restaurant called Tacos & Tequila around the corner. If you like walking you will reach the Riverside within 30 minutes. Charlie is a very nice host who supported us in every situation.

Positive: Overall a great place to stay! Definitely could use a new mattress, which is really just a preference thing, but other than that it was fantastic!

Negative: Mattress feels very used, almost stiff, no cushion

Positive: The apartment was nicely located and the parking free. The decor and amenities were well done. Very cute place and had just the right amount of room for 2 adults.

Negative: I emailed the host twice with questions (tv and parking) and didn't receive and answer. The towels and bed were just average.

Positive: Location was within an easy walk to Forsyth and trolley stop #5 and some restaurants and coffee shops. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very nice. Another good point is the free, street parking right in front of the property.

Negative: As mentioned in many other reviews, the noise from the street and the apartment upstairs was disruptive at times:
