Positive: This guesthouse is owned by the Inti Sisa foundation and run by the local community (mostly women!). Not only did we learn all about the projects the Foundation runs for vulnerable children and women, we also truly immersed in the culture and had an amazing time in a very clean, comfortable guesthouse with a nice big breakfast and dinner (great beds too btw). This is a must-visit in Ecuador to meet the locals and understand the country you’re visiting so much better. You can do hiking tours & cultural trips into the Andes. It’s the perfect win-win of a great stay where your money goes straight to those who need it most.

Negative: Absolutely nothing!

Summary: So much more than a guesthouse! Must visit if you’re in Ecuador!

Positive: Room was very comfortable with nice shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Staff was very friendly, service excellent, and great breakfast.

Negative: No parking.
