Positive: Unbelievable value. Beautiful accomodation, clean, hot water and really comfy beds. The host was so lovely and helpful. I got my clothes cleaned and returned very quickly and I was even able to get a massage on the premises. I felt so welcome and it would have been a bargain for double the price I paid. I would love to come back - if only to spend more time talking to the lovely host.

Positive: Irma have such a warm welcome to Casa de Marmol, and really went above and beyond to make sure my visit in Riobamba was fantastic. Warm, friendly and helpful. They helped set me up with a tour to hike and bike at Chimborazo, and provided great recommendations for what to see and where to eat in town. Room was comfortable, and the bed cosy. I didn’t use, but there was also some comfy shared spaces for relaxing at the end of the day.

Summary: Friendly, warm and helpful. Recommended!

Positive: Breakfast was awesome. Irma knew exactly what kind of breakfast we needed before hiking Chimborazo. Additionally, I was able to join a small group tour to do the hike and I would definitely recommend looking into using her guide. We had an amazing time and lots of great photographs to remind us of the trip.

Positive: Atmosphere. Spacious shower although common but just great. Friendliness of Irma the host Excellent breakfast and nice terrace with the view on Chimborazo

Negative: A bit expensive for room with common toilet and shower but Riobamba in general was more expensive accommodation-wise. A few blocks from town centre but still within walking distance
