Positive: The hotel is a real wonderland it is built on the most beautiful quarry with amazing waterfall. The rooms are as gorgeous and the staff is the best and willing to help at all times

Positive: I loved everything about this unique hotel. The reception had the most amazing staff – they spoke excellent English, were incredibly welcoming, and made me feel at home right away. The building itself is breathtaking, it’s almost unbelievable to imagine how it was constructed inside a former quarry. The coffee bar was a true highlight – I could even order a coffee with my own logo on it, without any hesitation. The show at the hotel was spectacular; even though it was in Chinese, it didn’t take away from the wow effect at all.

Negative: Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything worked perfectly, and the experience exceeded my expectations.

Summary: A one-of-a-kind experience I would highly recommend!

Positive: The hotel itself ,the show , the taste of the food by the chef was excellent ,I was given notice by staff at the restaraunt that a show was on and we could leave dinner and comeback ,thought this was nice of them..

Negative: Paying for the underwater restaurant and underwater room and it's more like an aquarium experience ,restaraunt staff mixed up our orders a couple of times ,being stopped trying to leave ,while they speak to front desk ,I understand a bit of mandarin ,the staff was saying something about my level of consumption and it exceeding our down-payment, also saying "he is only now saying " as in me saying ,even tho I have said nothing ,after dinner I told them put it on my room , I signed off on the bill and when leaving was stopped. I paid 9k for the room for 1 night ,,ate a meal for 2 valued at 2k ,they had held 10k at front desk from the start. I didn't see the issue to start with , they had my card info and we usually would pay the excess upon check out ,kind of shabby treatment for the money we were spending on dinner and the room . If their dinner was so expensive ,why only take out 10k if the room is 9k ,knowing their dinner for 2 exceeds 2k. Staff otherwise was good but this restaraunt experience put a damper on things.
