Summary: Everyone was nice and good location! Our Air conditioning didn't work in our room and took them 2 days to get the problem addressed, and eventually change rooms. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Summary: Great location, 1min walk to USS Midway, 2min walk to bus stop, 15min walk to ball park. It’s expensive but save on Ubers cuz you can walk. They have a silly nightly charge of $55US per nite which is stupid, just put it all up front so ya know how much it’s gunna be total. Extra charges suck and ya can’t do anything except pay it because your checking in and finding a diff hotel short notice is hard.

Summary: The check-in experience was horrible and took almost two hours. The hotel said that hotels.com never sent my booking confirmation to them. We didn’t go to bed until 3am. I have a booking confirmation and receipt.

Summary: Overall the hotel and its amenities and services were excellent. Would appreciate knowing about the daily amenities fee ahead of time. We didnt know that. Also, they never really covered it at checkin either. Kind of like they wanted to avoid talking about it. We did really appreciate the room upgrade though. Great location for visiting San Diego. Despite the amenity fee, we loved our stay at the hotel and would go back and stay there again.

Summary: Great location. Great stay. Even though we had a standard king room, it felt very high end and was well appointed with a nice view. Maria at check-in was fantastic as were the bartenders in the lobby restaurant. Will be staying here again.

Summary: A great hotel with (probably) every room providing sea views. A great location for exploring San Diego. However this was a business trip and the quality of WiFi in the rooms was abysmal (for 2025) so I would not recommend for a trip where WiFi (for work or leisure) is a dealbreaker.
