Positive: We had an absolutely amazing stay at the InterContinental Muscat, and it was all thanks to the incredible welcome and hospitality we received from the very beginning. A special, heartfelt thank you to the Duty Manager, Hussam Ahmed Al Nabhani, who truly went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. He was incredibly welcoming and generously offered us an upgrade to a gorgeous sea view suite, which completely made our trip. The level of service and care here is unmatched. We are already looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend this wonderful property to anyone traveling to Muscat!

Positive: After checking into the hotel, I felt as though I had stepped into the atmosphere of the Eastern world. Of course, the cleanliness of the room, the hotel itself, the lobby, and the overall service were all excellent. As soon as I entered my room, I was welcomed with a complimentary fruit platter, which instantly took away the fatigue from several days of work in Muscat. Overall, this was one of the most memorable stays I have ever had. Kudos to the hotel management and the polite, professional staff for creating such a wonderful experience.

Negative: Only negative point was about entrance staff, one of them is really not friendly, even not helped us for take out our bags from car, not take care about his job and use mobile phone instead, for one another purpose we asked him help us and he was angry for no thing… all other staff are really helpful and friendly Hope he come back to normal situation again It was our second time in this hotel and before was not like this Also before all rooms bar was full, this time empty and its not so important
