Positive: The staff were very welcoming and kind and I was upgraded upon arrival as I was visibly unwell and had to wait some time while a tour group checked in. The room was exceptional.

Negative: The location was problematic you would need to get a taxi approx 20-30 minutes to get to the main tourism areas of Lhasa. I stayed on my last evening and didn’t need to go into town so this didn’t impact me and I was able to enjoy the hotel. The buffet could incorporate some more vegetarian options.

Positive: This hotel is amazing. It is extremely beautiful, comfortable, accommodating and luxurious. I would not stay anywhere else in Lhasa. It totally exceeded my expectations. The size of the room is much bigger than an average hotel room. The bathroom is also very clean and spacious. The staff is welcoming and is ready to fulfill your every wish. The best stay ever!
