Summary: Check-in staff charged us for new reservation because a train delay resulted in us missing our first night. It wasn't until I reached manager on weekday that they would refund what was essentially a double charge. Would have been really nice to have management on site to avoid conversations with front desk staff that increased my frustration level. Also, the plumbing/drainage from our room wasn't functional. You couldn't take shower without taking bath and we had to pause between family members because the bathtub would have flooded. Same with sink just when brushing teeth.

Summary: I sent a message asking for an early check-in because we had an early dinner reservation. No response. So I called and they told me it would be a $25 charge. I told them no thanks. The room was find but the toilet was dirty. The women’s locker room had 2 full homers with dirty towels over flowing 2 days in a row. Used towels in the corner in sauna. The pool area was nice but all the chairs were taken by 11 am and there clearly were not enough for all the guests. I’m not sure but heard they let outsiders pay a fee to buy a one day pass which takes away from the guests staying at the hotel. Bad idea and not fair to guests who booked hotel because of pool. Other than that it was nice.

Summary: Great Hotel, but they charge your card $100 and days later only refund $60. They claim $30 for self parking and $10 user fee (whatever that is). Pretty cheezy!

Summary: So enjoyed the Plaza views and balcony. The hotel only had one elevator working, out of three which made for long waits. Overall we had a very nice stay.
