Positive: Price was decent for the location. Hotel was very busy but it seemed like they were doing their best.

Negative: Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and we arrived after the scheduled check in time. The staff did work to quickly get us into a room. I do not love that you have to pay for parking. The elevators were VERY slow on check out day and it seemed like only one was operational.

Positive: The breakfast was typical of hotels. Nothing outstanding, nothing horrible. It would be nice to have a microwave available in the breakfast area itself

Negative: I was there for a major procedure at St. Luke's hospital which is nearby. In the past I the $20 per night parking fee was waived. That did not happen this time which was disappointing.

Summary: Good enough. And the staff was extremely helpful and friendly the night manager, Tom.

Positive: The service at breakfast was a delight. Olympia, the staff person, was friendly, outgoing and also helpful. She had a great smile and was always picking up after everyone!
