Summary: I have faced issues when I asked for one day early check out. Initially I booked for 4 nights but because of family issues I had to check out one day early and have faced tremendous difficulty for that.

Summary: This is my third time staying at the Dhaka Intercontinental Hotel. The breakfast is amazing—lot of varieties of food, fruits, breads, juices. The staff is very friendly and responsive to your needs. However, my room appeared to be one of those rooms that has deteriorated. The bathroom sink was clogged and water did not drain when I checked in. Service was called and showed up within 5 minutes and after 10 minutes, he was able to resolve the issue. The faucet kept on moving and could not be fully repaired. The entire bathtub floor also was stained from past use & we decided not to use it during our stay. The sliding door covering the window and the back wall near the headboard of the beds are pealing off or severely scratched. These are minor issues and did not compromise the quality of the stay. We love this hotel & will continue to stay in the future.

Summary: Staff clearly did not know how to speak to guests in the VIP lounge. They were rude and also didn't tell the tules specifically. I had made a complaint at the front desk to the manager. I am never staying here again. Rooms are nice, but nothing about the stay is worth going back there.
