Summary: Wasnt up to 5 star standard. 1) i organised champs to be in the room as a surprise....we waited over an hour 2) charged for breakfast when we didnt have it but were TOLD we ordered it. 3) housekeeping tried to clean our room at 830am even although we were booked in for 2 days. 4) could not understand what the housekeeper was trying to tell us
