Summary: The experience at breakfast can be far better, with more choice for vegetarian and vegan dietary requirements. The lay out of breakfast is not great especially you have a stack of plates which are small plates these are for pancakes not breakfast I started adding to my plate to then realise these are too small, the actual plates are at the other side of the room next to the toaster and bread for some strange reason, I also went to order 2 x poached eggs from the chef at the egg /omlettee counter and he said I needed to order these with the person I checked in with for breakfast, I then had to wait sometime for the poached eggs to arrive before I could start getting my cooked breakfast plate together! Also the coffee was not very good and only a small cup when I asked for a large skinny latte I normally start the day with two coffees only had one! My second morning I found a nice cafe nearby for breakfast catered for Vegan and the coffee was far better!
