Positive: Location was so convenient to the harbour and to town. It was quiet at night, comfortable accommodation. HUGE apartment with sea views. I had all the amenities I needed in the apartment. Bonus: the neighbours are also lovely and friendly when you pass in the hallway!

Positive: - Great location (10 minutes walk to centre of Funchal) - Supermarket and backery nearby (5 minutes) - Lot‘s of space (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 toilets) - Beautiful balcony with lot‘s of sun and great view to the sea - Great equipment (laundry machine, coffee machine, TV) - Parking slot for your rental car - Very friendly owner who takes care on everything :-)

Positive: Very spacious apartment. Convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby. Although it was a bit of a trek we could even walk to Old Town. Bus stop not far away.

Negative: The parking garage is very tight to maneuvere. The building and decor were dated, but not an issue.

Positive: Perfect place for a family gathering. Spacious and complete with all the cooking essentials, washer & dryer.

Negative: The 2nd floor was quite hot during the day. Only the master bedroom has an air conditioner, while the other rooms only got ceiling fans which were not enough to cool down the hot temperature. 2 beds seem to be broken, thus we didn't take the risk to use them. Already mentioned these issues to the owner and she was responsive, already acknowledged the issues and will try to fix them for better convenience.

Summary: Overall, we are really satisfied with this unit and will come back again insyaAllah.
