Summary: Great in theory, but it’s a little tired. Only one of the dining options was open, which was a challenge given it’s a long way from anything else. The pool is gorgeous but closes at 6, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall it was fine, but not what I expected for the price paid

Summary: it was a very nice place to stay. people who love nature will be happy to stay here. cozy and beautiful. However due to not much activities here it makes the place "dead". should have some live band to play during peak time or have your massage spa available for your guest. it is cause resort and spa but there wasn't anything to do there besides the swimming pool. everything else like the spa, karaoke room not working and not available. we reached there evening and we ordered the food. it takes very long to come even though there are only the two of us there and the food prepared was not fresh. Satay dumpling rice was hard like it was just out of the fridge. the lava cake was hard. really disappointed. wish the management could do something to improve this beautiful place and not let it go to waste.

Summary: No tv programmes available due to unknown reason. Pool water not really clean, a lot of floating items. Staffs should greet. Foods are acceptable.

Summary: feeling good even the country is surronded by haze. i believed the environment not so much affected by haze and my kids really enjoy our stay and really love the swimming pool, thus located in the heart of nature

Summary: The place was very quiet - few guests because after the school holidays. Rooms are in two storey chalets surrounded by trees. The swimming pool is amazing and we had it pretty much to ourselves. Rooms are large and the internet is fast enough to be usable. Access is by golf cart buggies and there are a lot of uneven steps so it would be difficult for handicapped guests. Location could be better - it is far from Melaka town.

Summary: very peaceful hotel, helpful staff, varied breakfast. only a spa and karaoke club are closed. so the resort's activities only swim. the second day there was a new guest on our room, the guests were noisy singing in front of our room until late night. we made a complaint at the reception and they stop, but me and son could not sleep because the guests were over the noise and water from their room flowing to our bathroom door. we were converted into a new room. request at reception for late check out is not possible and will be charged.
