A luxurious, newly refurbished, 2 storey townhouse situated in the heart of Portstewart on the ever popular Promenade with its host of excellent Restaurants, Cafes and Boutiques.
The accommodation is presented to a high quality for an enjoyable and comfortable stay in the bustling seaside resort and the beach and world famous golf courses are a short distance away. There is plenty of public transport for exploring the entire fabulous North Coast.
The Townhouse is bright and airy and really comfortable - perfect for couples, families, business travellers or golfers.
The space offered comprises of 3 king beds, 2 twin rooms and 4 showerrooms, The master bedroom ensuite also has a bath. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen and utility room and a seperate large family room. There are good sea views from all front facing rooms. There is one flight of stairs leading from the entrance door to the first floor. The living room, kitchen, 1 king size bedroom and large shower room are all on this floor with an additional 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the top floor. The Utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and travel cot and high chair. A hairdryer can also be found in the the master bedroom. Shower products, shampoo and conditioner are provided in all shower rooms
The townhouse is gas heated and works on a two-tired system which allows the property to be heated differently on each floor. It has WiFi and Sky TV.
There are plenty of choices to eat and drink on the Promenade or further afield in the ever popular village of Portrush.
Public car parking is available directly outside the front door and if this is not available additional car parking is available only a very short distance walk away (2 minutes).
As the front of the property is facing the busy Portstewart Promenade it can be busy and noisy at times in the evenings.

Summary: It was just as described. We had a group of eight and were all very comfortable. The property was very clean and well stocked. It had five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property manager met us at the property and showed us around. It is located on the Promenade.

Summary: Great location, clean, spacious and well kept. Patricia was a perfect host. She met us after our distillery tour of Bushmills as we were slightly delayed and she was all smiles and super helpful. Coupled with perfect weather, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Our group of 8 - 4 couples toured the area and enjoyed the local shopping and pub scene. Will definitely be back sometime soon.

Summary: Stayed two nights for a big birthday. The property was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Very clean. Great location within walking distance of the shops and cafes. There was an issue with the TV and the owner got it sorted the next day. Fully recommend staying here :)

Summary: The property was beautifully decorated, clean and bright. There were 8 of us (two families of four) and there were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. We spent time playing games in the spacious lounge, which migrated to continuing said games around the large kitchen table. The kitchen had everything we needed and our lovely host even left us a cheeky little cake for us all to enjoy. The property is near everything you might need in Portstewart, so no need to drive: the beach, several bakeries, ice cream, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy - all within eyeshot or a short stroll. Additionally, this was a great base for us to leave and take in some amazing sights: The Dark Hedges (30 mins), The Giant’s Causeway (30 mins), Curry’s Fun Park in PortRush (10 mins), Seaside Pitch n’ Putt Golf (5 mins) or just a drive along the beautiful coast. Lastly, the experience wouldn’t have been as complete without such an excellent host. Patricia was a diamond. So kind, very helpful and that accent! Moreover, she was careful to be helpful without being overbearing. She ensured we were settled without just throwing some keys at us. She set the tone from the beginning and we had a memory-filled, on-the-floor-laughing, remember-that-moment-when kind of stay. We highly, highly recommend!! Thanks for everything, Patricia!

Summary: I booked this accommodation for a group of 9. It was absolutely brilliant in terms of location and space. It was all set up for us and we really loved having both the kitchen and the living room space. Patricia was a great host and very responsive throughout. Would throughly recommend.

Summary: This property was perfect for our stay. We were two couples and a single adult, and all had their own space. The convenience to restaurants was an added plus. We didn't have to drive for dinners, which is always a plus.

Summary: From start to finish the stay in Patricia’s property was second to none. Patricia the host is an absolute lady and was so warm and inviting on arrival. The house itself is spacious and kept to perfection. The rooms are spacious with lovely decor. The kitchen was our favourite room - everything you could ever need, cutlery, tea pot, mugs, glasses etc. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of portstewart. We really enjoyed the villa restaurant and me and mrs jones restaurant- both of which were a stones throw away. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone. We had such a lovely weekend and hope to return in the future. Thank you for all your kindness Patricia
