Positive: The view ! Well equipped, comfy bed . The main bedroom, living area and kitchen are on the top level( separate building) The other 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry are in a seperate dwelling below the living area building . Could be an issue for a family with young children ?

Negative: All the stairs ! But worth the view when you got there !

Summary: Wonderful view, well equipped and quiet area, surrounded by bushland . The property is not fenced .

Positive: Property has everything you need. It was very comfortable and views from the deck were beautiful. We would definitely go back. It was perfect for two couples as had totally separate sleeping arrangements.

Negative: The property needs a bit of maintenance in regards to sliding doors but nothing that really affected our stay. The downstairs shower wasn’t the best but again for 3 nights didn’t affect our holiday.

Summary: 1770 is a beautiful location and this accommodation was right where you needed to be to enjoy it.

Negative: House needs a little work in some areas. eg. screen door onto veranda was difficult to open.

Positive: View, location and thoughtful touches such as toiletries and coffee pods.

Negative: It wasn’t all clean. Bug droppings and hair were left around. The couch was uncomfortable. There really needs to be a heads up in the property description that two of the rooms are in a very separate building.

Positive: Beautiful location and extremely clean and comfortable with every amenity possible. Stunning views. Very grateful to the hosts for all the effort they’ve clearly considered when furnishing the property.

Negative: The showers were perfectly adequate but if I really had to offer any feedback it was just that they could do with a little updating at some point in the near future.

Summary: Would recommend without hesitation. Very relaxing stay. We will certainly be back!
