Positive: Great modern hotel, decor was lovley, located in a safe and quiet part of the city just a very short tram ride from the central station.

Negative: The industrial decor meant that pipework was exposed and quite noisy at night, I reported it so it may just have been an issue in our room. The other issue was safety at the pool, there is no anti slip flooring and the floors were absolutely treacherous. Two women slipped and then another fell and broke her wrist. Hopefully the hotel will fix this issue very soon!

Positive: Fresh and clean. Excellent location and seating at front of building is so relaxing and nice in the sun. The views are beautiful!!

Negative: Only thing I would say is, I had asked at booking if possible could I extend my checkout time, I was told the price but I should check on arrival. At arrival I was told I had to wait till the night before departure. Asked then and told you have to wait till tomorrow morning ( checkout day), I go down and ask and get a straight NO( we don’t do this here). I explained why I’m asking and also say any room will do. No, again. Ive just paid £1500 for 5 nights and willing to pay extra. Every room is full I was told. If the answer is no and this is your policy why show me a price list? Customers pay the wages , friendly and willing to try customer service is a must!!
