Positive: The bed was comfortable, and the room temperature was just right. The exceptional part of the room was the shower. Parking was accessible. The Inn is located in an area where you can easily go to any of the beaches. The Inn is located in downtown Manasquan, surrounded by nice shops and restaurants. I am grateful I had the opportunity to stay at the Jersey Shore; it is glorious. I live in another state, near the "beach," and there is just no comparison.

Negative: Breakfast was not provided. There is a restaurant downstairs to get meals; however, it was not open on the first morning I was there. Since I wasn't from the area, I had to search for a place to get coffee. Most hotels offer some documentation in the room to inform guests about this, but at this Inn, I had to do a Google search. Since there is no lobby or any interaction with a concierge or lobby desk, there was no one to ask questions. The room was nice, but not particularly large. I thought it wasn't quiet. The room I had was facing Main Street, and understandably, I could hear traffic, but most of the noise was from the person in the room above me. He/She paced the room and dropped things on the floor until nearly midnight, so I had difficulty sleeping at the beginning of the night, and I ended up sleeping too late in the morning. It cut into the time I wanted to be able to go out and explore the area.

Summary: It is nice but for a $250+ priced room, it was not exceptional. I would not stay there again.

Negative: Rooms are above a restaurant. Outdoor dining tables were just below my sliding glass door and balcony. Guests started eating at 8AM and very loud.

Summary: Very clean and when I had to call maintenance at 10 PM because AC wouldn’t shut off they came right away. Very accommoda
