Summary: No. Its in the middle of no where

Summary: This is the only spot in the area to stay, you are literally in the middle of nowhere. The Staff is wonderful and everything works. It is old and shows it, but they continue to do what they can to update it as things get busier in the region. There is only so much cleaning you can do on something that is older and not modernized. Given that this put me over an hour closer to where our fieldwork was, that is worth 5 Stars right there. It's old, and shows, it's dusty, because everything here is, again, this is the only place near McDermitt Caldera that gives quick access to it. Really appreciated the Staff and having all my basic needs taken care of.

Summary: You can’t beat the price. The front door was a bit shady - didn’t fit the frame. The bed was comfy shower did its job. Cockroach wasn’t pleasant.

Summary: Nothing explicitly wrong with the property but the other guests in unit 108 were very loud and rude in the morning. The staff here would do well to tell all guests who check in to be respectful to other guests. Some of us are driving a long distance and needing rest

Summary: The first night they did not honor my reservation and charged too much for the room. They put us in a room with a non functioning toilet and a space heater, despite the fact that it was 17 degrees. The bedding was very thin. The next three nights they moved us into a functioning room which was a big improvement but still charged us more than the Expedia reservation. There is no other hotel within 70 miles.

Summary: I'm not to fussy as it was a work trip. The heat works, the hot water works, and it had clean sheets. The convenience store is open 24 hrs. 👍 Good enough for me!

Summary: To start off you check in at the gas station in front of the motel. Loud Indian music playing and very awkward interaction. The room itself was super small. Tiles floors, dust on the furniture, and stained dirty bathroom. The hand towels available had brown stains on them. Ultimately decided to bring in my own pillows and blankets for fear of poor sanitation. Additionally the room was right by a gas station so we got to sleep to the sound of diesel trucks and headlights. Will sleep in the back of my truck next time

Summary: You get what you pay for. This is a very old place. Not in great shape, but serviceable for overnight. No pillowcases on pillows. My bathroom was fine, but my friend in the next room’s bathroom was almost unusable. If you just need a stopover, or are rockhounding and just care about rocks and a place to crash, this is it. The food at the casino across the street is great and well priced.
