Positive: Everything. From checkin to check out our group of oldish Aussies and younger Myanmar friends were very impressed. The rooms, beautifully located in the garden setting were spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was ample and well cooked and served. The Shan noodles were delicious and as good as you could get, according to our Myanmar companions. The hosts are friendly, helpful and attentive. Location was quiet, in a friendly neighbourhood close to the boat dock and night market for great selection of local food and interest.

Negative: Mosquitoes, but they come with the territory.

Positive: Best accomodation during our trip! The bungalow looks better in reality. It was very clean and cozy. The bathroom is very big and it had the best shower. Breakfast was good as well. Each bungalow is surrounded by vegetation, which gives you a little privacy and in the same time it looks like a mini jungle.

Positive: Comfortable and spacious room, very friendly staff that did everything to make my stay good, very tasty shan noodles at breakfast (also egg option).

Negative: If I have to say anything, then it's that the cottages don't have much insulation so you hear everything that is happening around the cottage.

Positive: Beautiful property with beautiful bungalow rooms, felt luxurious for the price with en suite bathrooms, bathrobes, huge double bed. The staff were very friendly and responsive via messages before my arrival, and the food (including free breakfast) was superb!

Negative: Wifi did not work at all, if you are in area with no cellular service you do need to offer stable and consistent wifi to guests. When paying in MMK, be sure to check the conversion rate being used! I know this is complicated at the moment in Myanmar, but I shouldn’t be penalised for paying in local currency. I did question the rate however and it was changed to a more acceptable rate!
